The ex5 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Users who register an account using false information relating to their age or identity may face consequences including account closure and forfeiture of any existing balance. ex5 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm that eligibility requirements are met.
These terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of location, although the platform is primarily intended for users in Malaysia. Users accessing the platform from outside Malaysia are responsible for ensuring that their participation in online entertainment activities is lawful under their local laws.

Password and account security

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. ex5 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or close any account showing signs of suspicious activity in order to protect the security of that account.
Deposits, withdrawals, and transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the ex5 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Accepted deposit methods include online bank transfers via FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and standard bank transfers. ex5 does not accept foreign currencies directly, and users are responsible for any currency conversion charges that may be imposed by their financial service providers.
The minimum deposit is RM 10 unless otherwise stated for a specific method. Withdrawals are processed within one to three business days, depending on the chosen method and the verification process required. ex5 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds in order to meet financial compliance requirements.
Users agree not to use this platform for any money laundering or illicit financing activities. Any transaction suspected of involvement in such activities will be reported to the relevant authorities, and the account in question will be frozen immediately pending investigation.
Platform usage rules and prohibitions
Users agree to use the ex5 platform solely for lawful personal entertainment. The following are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure without prior notice:

Ex5 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this platform, including financial losses from gaming activity, service disruptions, data inaccuracies, or any damage caused by computer viruses or malicious software affecting a user's device while accessing the platform. Users acknowledge that all gaming activity carries financial risk and that they are solely responsible for their own decisions to play.
Intellectual property
All content on the ex5 platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, game software, and user interfaces, is the property of ex5 or its licensed partners. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or repurpose any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from ex5.
Policy on suspended or closed accounts
Ex5 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or close a user's account in cases of suspected fraud, breach of terms, prolonged account inactivity, or at the user's own request. Where an account is closed due to a violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Changes to terms and applicable law
